How far ahead should we book?
For March to May or October, four to six months. The good desert camps and the best riads in Fes are the constraints, not flights. Outside those windows, six to eight weeks is usually enough.
Do you arrange flights?
No. We would rather you booked them directly or through an agent who can rebook you at 2am. We will tell you exactly which airports and times work for the route.
Is Morocco a good idea with children?
Often yes, with adjustments. The Coast & Medina journey works well from about six years old. The desert is wonderful for children but the driving days are long – we would restructure them.
What does a journey actually cost?
Our journeys start around 2,980 EUR per person and most land between 4,000 and 6,000 EUR, excluding flights. The variables are the standard of accommodation and whether the desert camp is private-use.
Can you work with a fixed budget?
Yes, and we would rather you told us what it is. It changes which properties we propose, not how much attention your journey gets.
